My wife had suffered from Alzheimer's Disease for a long period of time when our life insurance policies were transferred to Kelvin's brokerage. Kelvin contacted me about the change, and then made a special trip to my workplace to sort out our life insurance policies. At that time I was extremely busy caring for my wife and I could not find the time to visit Kelvin's office. Kelvin was very professional and re-organized our policies to much better alternatives, as the original policies had been taken out many years earlier. My wife has recently passed away and Kelvin was again very helpful. It was very easy to deal with the insurance company and the insurance claim was settled within weeks. It was wonderful to have the insurance settled so easily at a time when there were so many other things to deal with.

I would recommend Kelvin and his team to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable and thoughtful insurance agent. And especially if you are self employed and are perhaps thinking some types of insurance are not necessary for you. I say that because I'm a business of one and didn't have any type of earnings insurance and got diagnosed with metastatic cancer. That's the kind of thing that happens to someone else. Upon checking with Kelvin I found out it was of course too late to get any kind of coverage. I say thoughtful because I mentioned to Kelvin that I couldn't get travel insurance for five years after treatment. Out of the blue he called one day to say he had been at an insurance conference and that there was a company who would cover me after two years of being treatment free. Now that's what I call thoughtful considering I was not a client of his. Kudos to Kelvin and his team.

I say this as a general insurance broker and life insurance insurance agent- Kelvin and his team are hands down the most responsive and helpful insurance agents I have ever worked with. His knowledge of the available products and access to novel solutions to meet his clients needs outstrips what many other life agents are able to do. Since I met him I have started referring my home/auto/small business clients to his office for their life and health insurance needs.
