In that time he has consistently shown himself to be a knowledgeable professional whose skills and experience have been placed with great success at my disposal. But what really makes Kelvin so outstanding is his devotion to his clients. He has so often gone to bat for me when problems have arisen with any of the big insurance providers. He has emphasized to them that with insurance services it is the spirit of a policy agreement that is as important as the letter of any contract. And companies listen to him. One would expect an Insurance broker to know reasonably well the various products he sells. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer 12 years ago it was due to Kelvins gentle persuasion that I received a tidy sum of insurance to see me through my time off work. Two years ago when the cancer returned, once again I had insurance to help me through the bills. Kelvin and his associates are very warm knowledgeable Insurance brokers. I never thought I would need the insurance but I was wrong. I have considered Kelvin not only my insurance go to guy but we have a good friendship since 2008. Don't wait until it's too late. Check into health insurance and definately deal with Kelvin Chong. He won't steer you wrong. Lou M.
