Adapting to Our New Environment
The pandemic in early 2020 had a major impact on all of us. As a firm we made the conscious and necessary decision to change our business model to a virtual platform. Doing this helped us be more efficient and more environmentally friendly by using less paper and minimizing our carbon footprint with less travel.
Our Methodology
The insurance industry improved their online processes which allows us to conduct non-face-to-face meetings and complete insurance applications using the electronic application process and issuing electronic policies. Completing insurance applications electronically benefits the clients in several ways. It gives you convenience by eliminating unnecessary travel time, providing information in the privacy of your own location, ease in which you can get the coverage and expediency in having an insurance contract take effect. As advisors, it allows us to be more productive and provide you with better service. For those who prefer the face-to-face approach, we still take in person meetings at our office located at 265 Carling Avenue, Suite 401 in Ottawa, Ontario.
